Our royalty-free licensing agreements cover usages that other, so
called "royalty-free", agreements fail to offer. For example,
use within web design templates. If you are a creator and seller
of web designs and templates, most stock photo services limit your
ability to resell your templates with their so called "royalty-free"
photos in them, but not at digital-photo-shop.com!
Generally, the only things you cannot do with our royalty-free
photos is 1.) resell or repost them as stock photos or in photography
collections or 2.) on mass produced goods such as tee-shirts, calendars,
posters and the like or 3.) use human model photos in a way that
is degrading or slanderous or pornographic to the model or 4.) use
our photos for any illegal or nefarious purpose.
For the most part, you WILL need to re-purchase
a photo license each time you use a photo in a new project. It's
only fair at these prices. So if you use the same photo in more
than one web web site or more than one newsletter, etc. you should
purchase a new license for each.
